Beginner sprint fall training. Sessions will run Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7:30pm, and Saturdays 11:30-1:00. On-water sessions will continue as long as light and weather conditions permit. Otherwise, dryland training will consist of running and workouts at the lake, and potentially one session per week at a local school gym.
Fall participants are also required to be registered club members ($130 for those born 2003 or later). Membership is valid April 2019 to end of March 2020. Paddlers should avoid cotton clothing as the weather cools. Synthetic fabrics are best - choose something breathable though. Warm but not too warm! Ask Peter if you're not sure.
