Beginner sprint late winter training with Peter. Sessions will run Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7:30pm, and Saturdays 11:30-1:00. Evening sessions will be dryland training - bring running shoes. Saturdays will be on the water as conditions permit - bring clothes/shoes for paddling and dryland just in case.
Fall participants are also required to be registered club members ($130 for those born 2003 or later). Membership is valid April 2019 to end of March 2020. Paddlers should avoid cotton clothing in cold wet weather. Synthetic fabrics are best - choose something breathable though. Warm but not too warm! Ask Peter if you're not sure.
